The service plan is great since he is a new user. Getting use to carrying it around to use all the time and knowing he has a protect plan is great

I have always purchased Geek squad protection on every laptop I have ever purchased at Best buy and there have been many as all of us in the family use them and buy new ones every year to couple years. I have had to use the protection several times and was extremely happy with the service.

Great plan no question asked if the device needs to be replaced,I hope I'll never have to use it, because I do not want to lose any files on my new laptop.

Purchased for our grandsons computer that we bought fir him to use with virtual school. Wanted to make sure that he had a backup in case there was something that went wrong with his machine. Added peace of mind for us, him and the machine too.

Purchased the 3 year accidental damage plan due to granddaughter using the Chromebook for school work and you never know what might happen to electronics. At least with the coverage, you have some help if an accident does happen and damages the computer.

My 11 year old grandson loves this computer. It is his first and he enjoys it. It does everything he needs it to do for school.

Im very greatful i got the protection warrenty as well. You never know when accidents will happen. It covers malfunction hardware, spills, broken screens, drops and if it gets lost.

Really helps knowing if some accident happens and it breaks you are taken care of! Don’t have to go spend a lot of money on a new one

We did not need to use these services for this product, but I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. It's great to know that I have Geek Squad protection, they are reliable and excellent at what they do. Was definitely worth getting this 2 year warranty because I know they have my back for any product I purchase with warranty.

I like that it provides a variety of protection at a pretty decent value: especially IF I don't have to pay a deductible should anything happen. I don't think it covers loss/theft. and it doesn't cover animal urine ( interesting note in the T&C) I don't have pets but might be important for someone w dogs/cats/nervous hamsters.
