I have purchased a warranty with all of my computers and electronics and the Geek Squad always provide excellent service. I have no doubt or concern about dropping my equipment off to them for service. Well worth the money.

Wonderful protection plan, my computer died and i hadn't had my computer for quite a year. Called the geek squad they triuble shooted the problem and in 2 weeks it was up and running like new.

The BestBuy protection plan isn't what it used to be. I had a computer a long time ago that my kids broke beyond repair and I went to the store and they fulfilled the plan on the spot. This time, my computer was obviously broken beyond repair but I was told it had to be sent to the service center regardless and at my cost of $85. I don't know when this changed but that's ridiculous. It would be 3 weeks before I heard anything back. I had to buy another computer on the spot because I couldn't be without one for that long. In the end they junked the computer, but the experience was not at all pleasant.

The 2-year warranty does a really great job recommended for everybody

No hassle, quick turnaround, would highly recommend to anyone who isn't as careful as they should be!

I love love the laptop I ordered from Best Buy. It's simply the "best"!!!

Haven't had to use them yet but glad to know if i need them they are available.

Purchased plan for computer and have not used it yet but I must say that I feel safer just having it after what happened to the last computer we purchased. Have been very happy with Geek Squad protection in the past.

Hands down the best service and no other service is compatible.

The Geek Squad is amazing, I brought in my laptop for a "tune up" and the team cleaned it up and updated programs as needed. Brought in the laptop again after 1 year to have Office 2019 and Webroot, again the team did a great job.

The wireless mouse is super easy to use i recommend it i dont regret buying it never give problems atall.

Totally worth it. Gotta keep the things we live protected. 5 stars

I have had this protection for my last computer and when screen went black they fixed it in a timely manner as I needed it for school. Have not had to use with new computer but I know if I do they will do a outstanding and timely fix.

My college freshman dropped her brand new laptop within 3 weeks of dropping her off at college several states away. I was EXTREMELY hesitant whether I should purchase this extra coverage. I'm EXTREMELY thankful I did. It was fixed within 2 weeks and I was relieved.

Not the best experience but VERY handy in case product doesn't function as it should. Great to have for consoles and pc or any heavy machinery
