I purchased the 3-year protection plan for my new ASUS laptop for peace of mind. If I have any issues, the repair is free and if it cannot be repaired, I'll get a brand new laptop. I believe that protections plans are very necessary for all electronics.

the service center sticks and items always get sent back to the stores and are not fixed properly but the insurance is worth it if you can deal with the hassle.

My yoga laptop wasn’t charging and the service of the geek squad fix it at no charge because I have the extended warranty program.

Have not used this on this laptop. It was bought for a 8 year old by my son in the navy for her Christmas. We have used it for many others. They do you right.

I have a Microsoft Surface Book and it has been nothing but issues. Thank goodness for these guys who have worked on it an average of once a month. It is finally being replaced next week so I hope I won't have to visit Geek Squad too much more but j am glad they are there.

I've never had an issue with the service. I've purchased this for each device the I buy at Best Buy.

I've only had to use this warranty once with a microwave. I had no problems and received a replacement immediately.
