any priced priced item I buy from Best Buy now I always get the extended warranty because they'll replace it for free

my computer unfortunately had some fan issues but i took it to geek sqaud and got it fixed took a while but job well done

Greek squad is so amazing and helpful That is the reason I decided to get this plan just in case there’s something wrong with my laptop.

First I cracked the screen. Fixed in 3 days. Amazing. Next cracked screen again and loose jack for the headphones. They could not get the part in a reasonable amount of time. Gave me a new laptop. Only hitch was I had to get new insurance on the new laptop.

I accidentally damaged my laptop's screen, after repair was not an option, i received store credit for the value of my laptop to get it replaced, A+ service

This plan has been well worth the money. It also gives you discounts when purchasing other products. Have used it enough to pay for itself just in discounts an guided information and updating older pc in home.

I got this on my moms laptop just in case something happens to it such as; virus, cracked screen, etc.

Brought sons laptop in and no issues getting the appointment or trying to solve the problem. It was a good investment on my purchase.
