I really can't rate this now since I thankfully have not had to use it for my NEW laptop !!! Gave a rating based on my use of Geek Squad for many years for other items.

Haven't had to use it yet but bought it for peace of mind. Seemed like a no brainer to me for the price I paid for my computer.

Loving this one covers all my computers and I have three one being an oldie but goody. Already used it plus ease of getting things repaired at reasonable price

I always buy the Best Buy warranty, their warranty is the best investment you can buy so you don’t spend unnecessary money in buying the same item if it breaks or no longer works.

I haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it will come in handy

The Greek Squad is superb in service. I recommend purchasing at least a 1 yr warranty.

In years past I have always turned down additional protection options, but knowing that newer devices just don't last as long anymore is my reasoning for purchasing it. Plus they also cover damage to the device which is really a nice bonus.

I really cant answer this one as i haven't figured out to get it downloaded to my computer. I need to call and ask but have been so busy i haven't had the chance.

Then from 2 years to 3 years I bought I love the attention n they're right there when I need them I'd buy the 100 year if they had one Great to have this I recommend this 100%

Haven't used the service with this product. Used perviously with a tablet. Got helps about five times during the two year plan. Fixed twice which covered the cost. Helped problem solve other issues

Always get this product to protect my investment!!
