Purchased to go along with a laptop that was purchased for a teenager. Need I say more. Just extra protection. Have other items that have or have had protections plans. Never had an issue with them.

I am not a techie and my son managed to remove himself as admin on his account . We tried online stuff but couldn't get the online people to understand our problem. I remembered about the geek squad and took it in. Problem solved! Very helpful and courteous!

Geek Squad is all ways there to help you and the guys are all ways professionals and nice people.!

BB has been good to work with. We have had issues with the laptops we have purchased but we have been satisfied with the resolutions.

love the extra protection for the computer. so far haven't had to use but in case of liquids or snow or rain its great to feel safe on this plan.

My brand new Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2-n-1 crashed 30 days after purchase. I took the laptop back and was able to get a brand new one. I’ve had no problems.

I would not buy a new lap top with out this service. You never know what can happen. Lap tops are not inexpensive so this is good to have.
