Purchased the protection for my new lap too I feel protected knowing that the Geek Squad is there for me

I do not buy a laptop or iPad without also getting the Geek Squad protection. My iPad stopped charging after 8 months and Best Buy ended up just sending me a new one.

This is the best protection everyone needs to get it never know whats going to happen.

Agent at North Fayette Pittsburgh was not knowledgeable at all. Took my laptop andcsent to service center when laptop was still under manufacturer warranty. Now they want to charge for the service. Have bern trying to contact Geek Squad manager for over a month. Left voicemail, 2 messages, and an email. Still no response.

Anytime I purchase items from best buy I always put Geek Squad support on it. Simple warranty for high-value items

I would never buy a laptop, camera, etc... without the geek squad for at least 2 yrs preferably 3, bcuz cost out of pocket to replace is a joke in this market.
