Haven’t used the service yet, but it’s good to know that I have Geek Sqaud behind me to help me with anything I come across Worked with Geek Sqaud before on several occasions and they have always treated me well. Geek Sqaud is the top of the line business for computer repair and advice.

It's worked great. Having kids this is a must with your purchase. Repairs are fast and easy, no questions.

This is good to have incase of any accidents. I'd recommend this especially if you want to protect yourself from having to upgrade a device prematurely.

My computer was fixed sooner than expected and it looks and works very good.

My absolute FAVORITE benefit of Geek Squad service is the nation locations. Having kids way at college puts my mind at ease knowing that service and help is already set up and right around the corner for convenience!

I would have been out of a computer if not for the Geek squad service plan. I had a dell 2 in 1 that had a faulty camera and fingerprint scanner. I sent it to dell under warranty, and they couldnt even fix the problem! Luckily i purchased the service plan and the Geek squad was 100 times more helpful than dell. I am so happy, they are going to replace the computer in its entirety because they couldnt get it to work, even after ordering new parts and installing them. Thank you!

Great thing to have as someone who is accident prone on issue I have is it take more time then I would think to get stuff fixed

Geek Squad has always honored the warranty on the faulty products I've bought from Best Buy even though there were very few Best Buy products that have failed on me.

Glad i purchased Geek squad protection. It will make my Laptop computer experience even more profound. When the Customer Service associate offered it to me i immediately grabbed it. I was happy to have Geek Squad protection after he explained to me the importance of having it. He also explained to me how easy it was to bring in my new Laptop if needed. I feel secure knowing i have extra protection that i can use if needed. Thanks Best Buy for such a wonderful shopping experience. Best buy has great Customer service.

The plan is totally worth it. A no brainer, really.

Geek squad is the best, I wouldn’t purchase an electrical Item without covering with the geek squad.

I have not used geek squad for this device, however, I have in the past for other devices. It is worth if you plan to carry it around with you for school/work etc. My daughter busted her chromebook screen 2 weeks into school and this definitely saved us from buying a new one. They fixed it, within a week she had it back. That was during covid too.

Bought a Asus zephyrus open boxed - the fan went out. I bought it to th nearest best best, informed them that I have a 3 years warranty, and none more was said, the item was boxed, shipped out to serves. I am expected to receive it today, and it's only been a week. Can't beat that kinda member service - you get what you paid. Service is premium.

Havent had to use, thank goodness but i had one before on my tv. My tv kept messing up and they came out once to fix and it started messing up again less than a minth later. They replaced it with a bigger size brand new tv. It worked. Just didnt like that the insurance wouldnt be switched over to the new tv, but cancelled.

Who can ever predict what can happen when you are using your computer in several different settings? I never imagined that the accident that rendered my computer inoperable and unrepairable would happen, but when it did, not only did I have the assurance that the computer would be repaired if it could by the highest level of repairmanship, but that it would be replaced if for some reason it was unrepairable.

I haven't have the need to use this plan (hopefully I don't ever) but it's a good option to feel secured.

I already submitted a review for the 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection. I will say this is a must to anyone that purchases a laptop or computer (or any electronic) even if you may not ever use it. It is just an added sense of security to keep you at ease when owning any electronic.
