    This agreement was purchased at the same time has the Surface Laptop since it is reliable. To date, it has not been used. However, the confidence and reliability in this agreement created less stress at the time of this investment.

    I had to bring my computer in to get fixed and everyone was very nice and accommodating. There were some communication issues about my computer getting to the service center and it took than I was told. But everyone was super nice at the store. And I was able to get a new computer with no issues.

    Too Much Money

    When I told them I didn't need the membership because my company has IT and it's a company computer, they didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. They kept sending new people to talk to me about why the membership will save me money in the long run, so I agreed to it. I don't need it and wish I didn't agree to give them $200 for the membership. Then I just needed them to install the newest Windows update, they didn't tell me that would cost me another $100 and it took them 4 or so days to install a Windows update.

    Love this hp Chromebook. Holds a good charge and works great. Employee was very helpful and kind. Great value for this laptop. Highly recommend.

    The agents were able to help me replace a new pc with another. The first one I purchased had Windows S and I could not load apps. Once the exchange, they switched my Microsoft Home and Office over. I am not sure how, but all 3 uses were used up though. It took overnight to finish the job, but it was finished by noon the next day. The wait seems long sometimes.

    Geek squad fixed my keyboard

    I’ve only had to use this once, because a key was missing off a chrome book. They took it and shipped it off and replaced the whole keyboard and shipped it back to the store. I just had to go a few days without the Chrome book.

    To be honest, I don’t know what exactly I paid for, but I think it might help me. I don’t understand what these guys are supposed to do for me and for my laptop.

    I haven’t had to use Greek squad on the new laptop but we did last year I believe it was last year on our washer. They was able to come out right away and was friendly a was able to fix our washer quickly and explained to us what was going on. I would recommend having geek as a warranty

    Apple products aren’t cheap to begin with, and if an accident happens sometimes the cost to repair can be up there with the cost of the item. Paying $40 to protect my Apple product for a year is a win-win

    I had a 2year geeksquad protection to insure a tablet I purchased and when I had issues with the tablet after 1yr I took to best buy and they ended up replacing the tablet with the insurance but I figured I'd still have a year of insurance left on the initial 2yrs I purchased but I was wrong. I was told the original insurance was for the original tablet and expired with the replacement so I had to purchase another 1, 2, or 3yrs of geek squad protection if I wanted the replacement tablet insured. So in this case i recommend buying only 1yrs protection and upgrading for another year before each year expires.

    If you ever have an accident with your electronics and you do not have geek squad you will kick yourself. The price of protection can be a problem after you plunked down a bunch for your device however when/if something happens you will not regret it.

    A bit expensive but otherwise great protection

    This purchase is a bit high, but one of the few that gives you back full value if there is a problem. Only real negative is that if you have an issue, Best Buy will not immediately give you value or replacement. They will want to send it in to their repair center so you are without your device for at least two weeks, sometimes much longer, before you get the value back.
