Definitely the best deal on protection. I am always careful with my stuff, but some things just happen. Knowing I can get my computer repaired if it breaks or if I spill something on it gives me peace of mind.

Whenever I buy electronics from Best Buy I like to cover any accidents that may occur with the product by using this coverage. Usually when I spend 500 to 1000 dollars for something I will purchase the coverage.

I purchased the 3-year protection plan for my new ASUS laptop for peace of mind. If I have any issues, the repair is free and if it cannot be repaired, I'll get a brand new laptop. I believe that protections plans are very necessary for all electronics.

I added the 1 year protection for my sons new laptop. It covers everything so that is exactly what we needed for coverage. Hope we don't have to use it but its nice to know there is coverage on it.

Good deal, it can really save you in the long run if you are particularly uncareful at times.

I have dealt with the Geek Squad so many times and they always get it right! If they don't n ow the answer they find it out and don't waste your time! They're efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable!!

I bought this Geek squad service when I bought a laptop for my granddaughter. It was well worth it when I had to take it in. They fixed it with no charge. I would reccomend getting it.

I wouldn't buy any electronic without having the piece of mind of a service protection. Best Buy flat out gets it right with the service plan they offer. It is no hassle and requires no drama. Have a problem, then just bring it back and get it replaced case closed.

I have not had to use this yet. I have Geek Squad coverage and I’ve had to use it a few times. The service was great. This accidental protection plan will cover anything that physically happens to my laptop

Peace of mind with a high schooler using an expensive laptop. Haven’t have to use the warranty yet. And hope will not have to. But just the peace of mind, in case is worth the price.

I'm able to ask questions I have regarding issues with my laptop and geek squad is able to answer anytime of the day.

Nice computer In fortunately it’s hard to see the keys with the keyboard back light. It’s speed and storage is great, like I said I can’t see the keys

I purchased this protection and used it once already for a faulty locking mechanism on my laptop. It was probably covered under the normal warranty but this way there were no questions asked.
