I love this service and was very happy I could add Geek Squad protection to my purchase.

In the past I have purchased the Best Buy protection plans and have always had great service when I needed it. No hassle no nonsense. I always find it to be a great value on all the products I purchase from Best Buy.

Someone knocked into our laptop and it fell. We thought it was okay until we turned it off later and noticed a crack on the screen. Fortunately we have the warranty on it and took it back to Best Buy Geek Squad. The timeframe they gave to have it fixed was right on the money and we have not had an issue with the laptop since.

The Agents replaced my laptop screen. The Laptop did need to be sent out for the replacement. They did this in a timely manner. Thank you for you Great Work.

Such a great service. Screen had cracked. Was repaired within two days for no cost. Well worth the purchase of the plan for the value provided.

Did not by the plan on the last laptop and it broke at the hinge 32 past manufacturers warranty and HP denied any responsibility!! Went back to a Lenovo and bought the 3 year plan and so of course it will not have a problem, but once bittten!!

Haven't need it yet, glad to know I have that piece of mind. With having thins installed in a vehicle that is subject to different environments, its nice to know I have the coverage should I need it..
