A must have extra protection just in case you need it

All I am going to say since I have not had any issues thus far with my Indigo HP laptop is that insurance matters.

Love the security that I can make a phone call and everything is taken care of

I get Geek Squad Protection on all of my products. Definitely worth it since they replace or repair it instead of having to buy another one. Saves a decent amount of money.

Did not by the plan on the last laptop and it broke at the hinge 32 past manufacturers warranty and HP denied any responsibility!! Went back to a Lenovo and bought the 3 year plan and so of course it will not have a problem, but once bittten!!

Great purchase, price is okay for the years that come with.

I purchased a computer with the full protection plan from Office Depot, it broke after 2 weeks, they told me I would have to send it back to the manufacturer. When I purchased a computer at best buy, Geek Squad handled it. I will always buy from Best Buy.

Haven't need it yet, glad to know I have that piece of mind. With having thins installed in a vehicle that is subject to different environments, its nice to know I have the coverage should I need it..

I purchased this because the Geek Squad took care of an issue I had with a phone and I decided that I would always use this service because they are very knowledgeable!

I've called them on a number of occasions to help with my desktop as well as my laptop. They are always so helpful and it's is great that you can get the help without having to take your hardware into the store

I’ve used the protection plan in the recent past. There were no issues getting the computer looked at and fixed. Everything was smooth. I’ll always get this protection on a computer purchase.

This accidental protection is amazing, we all drop liquids on our laptops, someone of us even drop their laptop more than once.
