This isn't my first protection plan Geek squad has always helped me resolve issues whether by phone or in person without making me , a not very computer savvy person, feel stupid.

Got it for my wife. and she loves it. today it tried to upgrade but since then it does not power on.. lucklily I got geeksquad.. must have to go there.

Services and protection with worth getting as things happen and having that added protect and service is worth having it will save you money in the end.

They have helped when my sons laptop got a crack on the screen and they were very friendly

First I cracked the screen. Fixed in 3 days. Amazing. Next cracked screen again and loose jack for the headphones. They could not get the part in a reasonable amount of time. Gave me a new laptop. Only hitch was I had to get new insurance on the new laptop.

I got the geek squad protection for a chrome book for my not so responsible 12 year old this gives me peace of mind that if anything happens to it we can have it repaired

Hope to never have to use it, but have needed to use the Best Buy warranties before. As a result, we buy them whenever feasible as they really help in Florida, the lightening capital of the US...

It was very useful when my laptop kept malfunctioning. The laptop eventually packed up but the protection plan made me get a replacement. Anyone buying a laptop from best buy should get one

I haven't had to use the warranty yet but I did receive the information I needed for future use If I need to.
