The Geek Squad Protection is worth the money spend on computers. I have problems with my computer they can always fix it especially removal of virus and malware.

It has some good qualities to it that you wont be able to find at other places and very friendly.

I have rarely had to use a protection plan but with things being made more cheaply it’s probably a good idea for expensive stuff

I haven’t had to use this yet. To be honest, I never know if I should buy extra protection or not. I tend to lean toward “better safe than sorry” when it comes to extended warranties on tech.

This was purchased on the replacement laptop after my daughter spilled water in her keyboard and the computer failed. We had it on that laptop and it was replaced with a new one. Have to have this!

Most factory warranties will not cover anything other than manufacturer defect, and sometimes not even that. Geek Squad will fix your item for you, or give you a replacement at no charge. Well worth it.

This has been the best deal on the planet. It has relived me of all worries of having any problems. These guys work magic.

Bought this protection plan for my son as I upgraded his computer and he had ruined 2 previous laptops given he is young; glad I have this just in case it is needed.

The Geek squad protection is great. I know from past experience that they take care of you.

2 1/2 years in, broke screen, couldn’t replace it, so am getting a store credit for original value.

Anytime that I purchase electronics I always purchase the Protection plans as well because anything could happen and they are usually reasonable.

Tho I haven't had to use the Geek squad to come out for any laptop issues they have been out to install it as well as my television. They do a great job, are patient with questions and never have any problems after they leave.
