We love having this 1 year accidental Geek Squad protection to use whenever we need to. We had to use it a couple times last year and it went smoothly. Very worth having it.

I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

I love that they offer these protection plans. I usually purchase then if there priced fair. I've only had to use them one time and it was pretty easy to get it done.

Happy and confident by product is covered. Laptop repairs can get pricey but this affordable 3 year protection will prevent me having to pay more than I already have.

If your buying a laptop and spending a lot of money on it then it’s crazy not to get a Best Buy warranty. It’s breaks and they fix or replace for $0.

I'm always impressed with Geek Squad. Definitely worth having. Repairs cost too much without it!

Works well for school. Would definitely think about buying again if anything were to ever happen to it.

I always purchase extended warranty and receive great service when I have to apply my warranty.

I've never had to use it, but I know that Geek Squad has done a good job for me in the past on most things, and I am confident that they well on this product as well.

Useful thing to have since I have purchased a very expensive laptop that I use for work purposes. I don't have to worry about any accidental damage with this service.

It's saved me a bunch because the HP laptop I got TWICE now is a $2k piece of crap
