Geek Squad service is astounding. I've had to use the policy and the store handled my problem efficiently and at no cost to me.

This was useful for three items out of 10 that are supposed to be covered they should offer a half price for half the amount of devices plan. Why don’t they have optional plans?

Bought this because no one in the household is very computer literate. Manual's are now online and I need step by step paper copy in order to have any hope of trying to do anything.

Hope to not have to use this, but love the protection.

WARNING!! I bought the computer for a family member who lives out of state and purchased the Geek Squad Protection for it for 3 years. Computer broke, and they went to take it in - only the original purchaser can take it in to get it repaired. I went through 6 phone calls, she went through an hour trip before we finally had to "switch" the ownership of the protection plan to her. The Best Buy customer service told us one thing, while Geek Squad told us something completely different. Before you buy - be aware of this pain of an issue

I haven't used the warranty yet. So far, I have very good experiences with bestbuy customer services, technicians, and representatives.

I bought this coverage for piece of mind. You use with 3 devices. I have a daughter in college and she needs her laptop. We have used this plan before and they are very efficient.

I find best buy Insurance to be a great value. They always cover what they say they will at a reasonable price.

I always like to protect any device I get from best buy but with the one year warranty it cant be renewed. With the two or three year it can be. That's the only thing I don't like.
