The protection plan was a good deal considering my laptop was around 1800 and the protection plan was 349 for 3 or 4 years. Spilled orange juice on my computer. The problem wasn’t full fixed(button still had a few issues) and it took around three months to receive it back. I would ship it back but because I was an online student I couldn’t bare using the school appointed computers any longer.

Got this to cover my daughter laptop she's 7 and I wanted to make sure its protected

We've yet to use our protection plan with Geek aqud. But it definetly gives us peace of mind that we have it.

Difficult to get on the phone to set appts with, or discuss laptop repair status or options. This is based on another laptop I have in repair now under extended warranty. It has been over a month to try to get this resolved. My son needed a laptop for school, I therefore purchased another laptop. I have been told if it is repairable they will fix, if not get a store credit; based on accidental damage coverage.

what would i ever do without the geek squad? hmmmmm?

Though I haven't used this service yet I feel good knowing the fact that the support I need is available and at a fair price.

My daughter spilled liquid on my keyboard, I was able to take it in and get it fixed.
