I have much less stress knowing that I have Geek Squad Accidental Protection, obtained at a reasonable cost.

Depending on which representative you speak to different information is given. For example when buying the product they stated if the product could not be replaced by the estimated time then they would give a store credit for the market value of the product. But when the date came by they stated they have 30 extra days to get the product repaired. Been waiting about 3+ weeks and no estimated time can be established when I will be getting the product or replacement back. Second time I run into this issue at 2 different Best Buy’s.

Purchased 3 year Geek Squad Plan with accident protection on 2/25/2019 with an online purchase in store pick up of a laptop. The computer was dropped once by my son which was a bottom case only replacement and a hard drive replacement. That was one repair. The other repair was a replacement of failed hard drive. Then was sent an email the plan was cancelled by Best Buy as the use of the plan exceeded the benefit amount. 6 months left on the plan!! At the time of purchase, the terms and conditions said if the entire computer needed replaced the plan would end. It never said after 2 repairs, much less 2 times of a hard drive! I was never provided a written copy of the terms and conditions being that it was an online purchase, but I had read it all prior to purchase! I trusted Best Buy when obviously I should not have!! Now, magically, no one can provide a copy of the terms and conditions and when trying to access it online for the date I purchased, it just won't open! I truly think this is a bait and switch sales tactic! If it's honest, where is the terms and conditions to back up their claim? Is this even legal?

I thought I purchased a service not equipment accident protection. I discovered the difference when I needed service. Next time I will make sure what I buy. Geek Squad service is good but I would not but accident protection on a computer costing what this one did. The protection plan was almost the same amount I paid for the computer

This is a good plan to have for a laptop. I like the amount of coverage.

Not sure how good is this plan but sounds good. Since is for my 13years boy

My rule is to get the protection on anything that cost more that $200

geek squad service is appreciated but takes long time to reach

Can't live without it, not only are kids clumsy but we adults are also.

This protection is one of the best additions that I could've brought.
