Horrible Phone Customer Support

I have shopped with Best Buy for years and never had such a poor experience. I ordered a laptop and FedEx delivered it the wrong location. I was basically told to go pound sand and make a police report. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told they were too busy but would call back. Couple hours later and still no call back. This is an unacceptable treatment towards your customers old or new.

This plan is not what they say!

Fast forward 2 years when I actually need to use the plan that I paid highly for and they want me to be without my computer for 2 weeks or more. I need this computer every day. That is the only reason that I purchased this overpriced plan. Don't listen to their empty promises. This plan is nothing but a pure profit generator for best buy.

Wouldn't recommend if you need to print anything.

Typing lags or not at all, backspace lags. Very disappointed, I thought it was my new printer so I switched it twice! Now it's too late to return this one.

Beware openbox items

It was listed as "excellent" condition but it wasn't even functional. Immediately upon powering on the laptop I noticed a loud fan clicking noise. Once the display turned on there were constant graphical artifacts so bad that you couldn't even read the screen. Had they even turned on the device they would have noticed this and not resold the device. Luckily Asus is honoring the warranty and will replace the laptop

Battery life, Terrible!

shuts off every hour of so

I have liberated all parameters to 'never' shut off but it keeps doing it. I'm returning it

one Major Flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the Lenovo 720 for about 18 month. This is the generation prior to the 740. Works great and not a lot of bloatware. Great machine imo. HOWEVER, these Yoga laptops have one major issue which seems to be consistent with many Lenovo touchscreens. The Touch screen stops working with your finger. It still works with the Lenovo pen but that's about it. Apparently it's a BIOS/Driver issue and Lenovo refuses to address this issue. if you're going to buy this laptop with the intention of using the touch screen, I would recommend looking into this issue further. You'll see this issue goes back all the way to 2016

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

When you call customer service, they are rude, hang up on you, and refuse to get you to a manager when you ask 30 times in 1 hour. They tell you that no managers are available to speak to you. Best Buy is sealing their coffin and I will forever purchase from Amazon going forward because they don't play these childish games with their customers.

Yeah it worked good for the first day or 2 but then it keep closing out my games and now just turned and wont turn on at all. There was complete airflow and i even have a cooling fan to make sure the laptop gets all the support it can get . So there was no user error just the laptop so once again. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP

Awful battery life

Totally overpriced and didn’t last long.

It worked perfectly fine for just 2 years, then the motherboard failed, and it never worked properly again. I had to keep it on the charger for it to stay on, or else it would just randomly shut off. Total rip off. Save your money and get something else.

Don’t buy Dell and warranty

Took it to geek squad and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it so gave it back to me. Now I’m stuck with a laptop that auto shuts on itself. Not worth $1000 I spent.

Horrible Service

My laptop will not hold charge and they supposedly replaced the battery after waiting for 3 weeks to receive back. I called customer service and they said that they don't replace with an original Lenovo battery. They also did not fix the dent in my laptop speaker, even though under warranty they said any accidental damage will be replaced. I am a full time student and do have have time or the ability to wait around for they to properly fix my laptop. I wish I could get my money back for the warranty, absolute waste. Do not go to La Jolla Best Buy.

Bait and switch

They said it could take up to 3 months for it to ship and be fixed! They wouldn't provide a loaner in the meantime. Not to mention, they never warned something as simple as a web cam repair could not be done in house with their geek squad. What a waste of money!

Not happy so far.

Had to reboot it several times, but it is random. The Geek squad held it for a month, replaced battery, but as soon as I came home and started it, I am still having the same issue. Trying to contact them again, so we'll see what will happen. Hopefully they will not try to exhaust me and take it for another month.

VERY UNSATISFIED

It was returned a week and a half later unrepaired. They said the damage was too excessive and would not fix or replace it EVEN THOUGH I PAID $300 FOR 3 YEAR ACCIDENT PROTECTION

Protection plan - No use

The wifi was not working on the laptop and I asked Best Buy to fix through this plan. They said it is a software issue and the plan does not cover the software issue. But, it turned out to be a hardware issue and my laptop is using the external network adapter.
