Haven't any issues with the item related to this purchase but have used my geek squad protection many times on other purchases. Always a good experience.

They worked very quickly to replace my laptop charger.

For the most part it's a quality product, although sometimes the speed is less than expected

They have never let me down. When my computer's screen shattered they got it all taken care of and sent out the same day. I was then givin a bestbuy card with the same amount I paid for it,to get a new one. They also have never let me down when I needed my phone fixed. Highly recommend and will continue to use them.

Definitely recommend to buy the Protection! Worth every penny. My laptop was damaged and all I had to do was pick out a replacement. Of course I had to go through the process of them “trying” to fix it first - and even that would have cost extra without the plan. I always buy the protection plan on high priced items. It’s the main reason I shop Best Buy!

I guess they are experienced persons, but beside installing programs in my laptops, I never have been serviced by the Geed Squad

With current electronics prices and the unpredictability of their durability, it feels good to have a protection plan, especially from the place that sold me the item. The protection plan with accidental spill and drop coverage is definitely worth the cost for my laptop.

The squad was very prompt at helping me with my laptop repair issue. and the insurance was very prompted at replacing my laptop or posting the cost of my laptop back on my card. I just chose to replace my laptop. So I was able to leave the store the same day with the replacement. good job Geek Squad.

High recommend, the protection plan is not like the other where you buy it and something happens they want you send it out or they just give you a hard time. It’s all done in house you take it in they fix it or swap it no hassle must have for mom and dad with kids

Talk about protection and knowledge all wrapped up in one item. Pennies a day is worth a fortune when you have a problem and no knowledge of how to fix the problem. But, when you have the Geek Squad on your side and working for you, life is a breeze. Thanks for always being there when I need you.

It doesn't matter what i need help with, Geek Squad Protection does it. From getting my computer set up or repaired to helping with a home theater issue, they get it all done at little to no cost. The Protection plan pays for itself with your first use!

Safe option if you are a clumsy person like me. I just got my computer and thankfully no accidents have happened. Though I know if something does I'll have this warranty to relay on just in case.

I purchased this laptop but had to return it a month later because it would not turn on. However, Best Buy replaced it for me.

The Greek Squad is ready to help and very friendly. They will do their best to make the customer happy and will replace the item if that is your request. On items like computers, laptops, and gaming headphones (especially when buying as a gift), the protection gives you piece of mind. Well worth the investment!

Always recommend obtaining the full geek squad protection w total tech support... ya never know when you need it! Have and will myself! Note: I think I was asked to write this review in error as one of the 2 purchases of this was actually for an item rung up in error resulting in both the item and the geek squad total tech support being credited. I thankfully haven't had to use the Geek Squad for my products as they have held up very well. However, I like the comfort of knowing I can bring my devices to the Geek squad.

Geek squad came to my house, delivered, mounted and hooked up the surround sound & cable & dvd player. After using it for a few days, we realized that the tv needed to be moved about 6 inches to the right. Geek Squad came out and did all the adjustments for us for free! Buy the service, you will be glad you did.
