Tried to refund a geek squad warranty, was told by corporate it would be no issue, they gave issues and tried to keep my money on a gift card for there store. Ive has 1200 lost in a gift card before with Bestbuy. It was terrible service and the red head manager was laughing the whole time. Terrible character for a manager, a person at that. I work hard for my money as we all do. For a company to take my money when it can be refunded to my debit. He as an employee went Against there policy. Just spent over 1.5k in February of 2025 to be treated like this.

Keep that new desktop extra protected with Geek Squad. Eases your mind incase of accidental spills, etc.

Can not go wrong with this product. Recommend to everyone looking for same category product.

I have not had to take my device in which I’m not gonna complain. But having peace of mind that if I have to take it to the Geek Squad. They will get it fixed as fast humanly possible.

My husband set my system up, was an easy set up. Geek squad protection plan was activated when product was purchased.

I have not had to use this service as of yet. But, I am glad I have it if I ever need it. All large purchases should have this kind of service offered.

I love giving feedback and I hope it helps; I sent my computer in to have it worked on and I recommend taking it not shipping it because They sent it to the manufacture instead of the geek squad! Are used the return label that was sent to me and that’s where it went. So hopefully the geek squad is going to get it and everything’s gonna turn out fabulous I just have to take it!
