Love that I can call if I need help or if there is a problem with my PC. Good value to know I can get help when needed.

I've been customer for many years and always my Squad to get my kids computers and software and much much more fixed if any issues. So when I get an issues the guys at the Squad are the ones who solve all my issues. Very happy to pay for my yearly service. Feel confident using all my devices/computers etc. knowing they are there for us.

I have not had to use this service, but it was nice to get it just in case something happens to my new gaming PC. They aren't cheap, ya know!

Well what can I say it is very self explanatory… protection means everything when purchasing these expensive equipment. Like for example spend 2400$ on 9th Dec for gaming pc 22 days later crashes hardware issue from factory. Lucky still able to exchange for new one without having use the protection. Never know could went 3 months then crash so best be safe than sorry

My son called the Best Buy Geek squad with a question about his new gaming computer, they were able to remote in and show him how to fix the problem and give tips on how to improve the performance of the computer, it was solved on the 1st try and was never an issue after. I am happy with this purchase. I got the open box option to save a little money. It didn't come with an electrical cord, keyboard or mouse. That's ok because I already have them from the previous computer. I have windows 11, which is an adjustment but it's not to difficult to move around. I hope to not have to buy another computer for a few years but if I do I'll look at Best Buy first.
