Had this a year now and have had zero issues. Running a 49 inch ultra wide 1440p monitor amazingly with all my games running at ultra settings. I did add ram because I run additional programs when sim racing.

Disappointed when my son’s gaming computer had a failure at just 3 months old ( just a single fan stopped working). I engaged with geek squad. Brought the device in, they said they had to ship it out. Tech said it all would be covered. After some hiccups between different service centers , I get a notification to call service center. Call back number didn’t work, so I called local store. They said repair would cost more than value of device? So we opted to ship us s new replacement one. Tech rep said this transaction ‘used up my accidental geek squad warranty, like an insurance deductible?’ He used the same sku number for replacement. We just got the computer yesterday, and the monitor receptor on the graphics card is different ( was dvi, now hdmi only). Soooooo,,, we’re still dead in the water. Gonna continue my battle via phone later today........

Geek squad service made me feel safer. You can drop things just getting them out of the box. I do warranty and repair addons when buying tech stuff that cost over $300 dollars. And being able to ask questions and know there is a chance for a repair or upgrade that is warrantied is important. With being in a hurry people make mistakes. All the connection points/plugs can break even when being careful. With a support service that can fix your dumb mistakes means you can keep going.

Pretty good price for 2 years of protection, only like 40 dollars more than the 1 year so it's a better deal. They've had a good track record with other products I needed help with so far so yeah.

I love geek squad. Always have, easy to put in a request, easy to walk in or call over the phone and get it resolved. Great insurance for an affordable price.

I have used the Geeksquad tech support program for many years for my computers. Online support is 24/7 and very effective if you have working internet access. In store service is awesome too. When you look at the price, it is amazing. their annual plan is highly worth it and covers a LOT of support. Almost anything I can throw at them. Whether a small business or home user, this service is a real life saver.

100% full coverage is nice, to have if you dknt know how to fix yourself

We bought this program when we purchased new a laptop and computer. It has worked so well for us that we just renewed the service. The computer has a flaw that was not fixable so it was replaced with a new computer. We can take our computers, laptops, etc. in for a clean-up or any problem we might have and it is all covered under this service.

I haven't used the protection yet, but it is nice to know I have the protection if needed. I have purchased it for other computers in the past and so far it has been a great insurance policy.

Whats better than 1 year coverage? 3 years of coverage!

I had an issue with my new computer not recognizing certain components. Took it up to Best Buy folks and they sorted my computer out in a very short time. Plus, they will take care of your other devices even if you didn't buy them from Best Buy or they are just old/out-dated.

They've helped repair my phone and exchange my PC. Customer service has always been excellent and a breeze to work with. I'm not tech savvy at all but Geek Squad has helped me tremendously.
