Myv on loves it, the bad part is he wants to bo on itvall the time. But we have set hours for his gaming time, the PC is nice very fancy looking n he hust loves it. Whats better than 1 year coverage? 3 years of coverage!

They discovered my items went on sale literally 1-2 days after I purchased. Did a return and repurchase which reimbursed me about $250 between the CPU and warranty. Would not have known this if they didn't catch it and tell me. Unbelievably honest and pro-customer service.

I would not buy any electronic without an extended Geek Squad Service warranty. The Geek Squad and the servicemen are the best. They are truthful and don't mind taking time out for you and with you no matter how long it takes to satisfy the customer. They will work on your electronic item until it is fixed or replaced. Who wouldn't appreciate such great customer service!

Love the option to protect my investments if anything happens

I didn't realize how much I needed it until the Bluetooth adapter went out. Not only did they fix that issue, they completely fixed the entire computer when FedEx damaged it during transport. It feels good to not have to worry about anything.

Great addition to purchase. I bought the PC for my 10-year-old son and thought this was a great value just in case he spills something on the keyboard it'll be covered for the next year.

I had a technical issue with the PC. For some reason it wasn’t turning on. The power button worked but the screen was just not illuminating. I took it back to the store and the Geek Squad was patient and courteous while I explained the issue. They offered to replace the item and it was delivered within 3 days. I was very pleased.

I know nothing about computers and i brought my sons a game computer system. So getting this 2yr agreement is amazing for the price.
