Haven’t used this yet but I’m pretty sure with my 3 year olds who likes to break everything I’m going to have to replace the headphones at least once in 2 years.

I have not needed it. I received the email for it pretty quick, within a couple days I would say. I hope I don’t need it but glad that I have it just in case I do.

Just remember to call ahead to make an appointment staff is very friendly professional and will work on issue until resolved I have been happy.

I have used my GS protection yet for the keyboard I bought but I'm sure they would fix it or replace with no complaint.

This Insurance is great on products I went and they replaced it and then I repurchase the Insurance just incase the incident happens again!

If you don’t get the protection, and something happens, you won’t get anything in return if you don’t have the protection plan. It’s worth having

Got this from my PC still using it works very well. Always update the software through the app on the PC.
