Purchased the 2-yr replacement agreement. I don't purchase these much, but Best Buy has always been easy to return items when I have had to. This was for headphones.

Always good to get insurance on these products through geeks squad.

Never had to use replacement for the equipment so might no be necessary if is under $20 products.

This geek squad plan, protection plan, would it been perfect for me had I kept the keyboard folio. The protection plan would have offered me replacement etc.
