Anyone that purchase any electronics should purchase this. It's worth it.

I haven't had to use it yet because product is brand new but I've used them in previous situations and they are quick to take care of the problem

Just having a piece of mind knowing if something goes wrong this TV will be fixed and/or replaced. Even though there is a warranty on our TV the manufacturer does not warranty particular things such as burn in if that were to happen. Would recommend for any items where the manufacturer does not warranty everything.

they installed my stereo and never had one issue. everything was done the right way the first time and made sure that i was updated during the whole process of the installation.

Ya'll, the ONLY place I buy these are at BEST BUY, because of the ease of replacement. Seriously. Should I need something repaired or replaced they take care of it. I might be annoyed by the process sometimes, but the fact that that I am getting completely replaced device instead of paying for a new one is worth every penny to me.

Geeksquad was super helpful they were able to get my issue resolved quickly.

The ability to just take your device back and get a replacement after months or a year of wear and tear and errors is well worth the cost. You're buying peace of mind.

This keyboard gives you the correct amount of clicks taps that we like to hear from the build your own keyboard but it’s pre made.

As far as an inexpensive keyboard and mouse go this set is great

The girl that helped me with returning my sons headphones because they broke.. was so nice!! She made the transaction so smooth.

Reasonably priced and since I bought it for a computer which is a gift, this makes it an more valuable gift. Especially since I bought it for a crazy psycho who has a temper and will likely break the touchpad like she did last time. Physical damage warranties work well for us. Send help along with a dustpan and broom. LOL

I was able to get a replacement with no issues and the staff were very friendly and fast in resolving this.

Geek squad has save me so much in the past so it only made sense to continue to protect my products with geek squad. The geek squad at my local Best Buy is so well trained and they have excellent customer service and don’t give me issues if I come across any with my products. Worth it for peace of mind if anything.
