I don't usually buy protection, but this plan is great. Full replacement even if it just breaks, and you can buy new protection to cover two more years. Saved me lots when my son is just hard on things

The replacement plan is the best warranty Best Buy offers, i say it’s 99% worth it for any item you may think can be prone to accidents or simply it stops working. Then it’s just a straight swap for new product, no wait time to fix it.

Havent had to use this yet, but they emailed me the terms, and assured me I will be able to redeem this even if I lose all paperwork. My mind is at ease.

I know Geek squad will be there to replace or fix with lout any hesitation. No worries when it comes to buying nice expensive stuff not lasting.

I purchased the warranty on a set of computer speakers. I hope to never have to use it. For the price of both speakers and warranty, I would recommend Best Buy.

Recently, my son bought a computer but we couldn’t get it to work. Geek Squad came the next day and fixed it in 15 minutes!!! My whole family just loves Geek Squad! We have used them multiple times and every time they fix the problem. You should definitely purchase Geek Squad when you buy anything from Best Buy!

Hopefully I will not have to use it for my XBox product but if I do glad to have it.

i’ve had lots of trouble with headsets in the past and figured getting the warranty was worth it this time.

Quality keyboard, with all the tactile features as high end competitors...(here's looking at you razer and corsair), and all for less. Red Dragon is making a name for itself. You won't regret this purchase and if you do then you can always spend more on said competitors.

Best keyboard ive felt ive used in a long tune. Small, slim design makes ut look nice wirh my pc setup and tbe flat keycaps makes typing feel much nicer.

Easy to order just gift your number without the time frame they look you up and replace at that point you can as it back on to the new so worth having

Perfect to travel with laptop. Works great and easy to pair.

I always get the protection plan even if I don’t need it because there are days you will need it and don’t have it. For me a necessary for some not so much.
