Keyboard started acting up, We took to store and since same keyboard wasn't available anymore, $ money was refunded and we did purchase new different Keyboard. Fully wort the money pas for replacement plan!

I buy all my warranties through Best buy because you can exchange them right there in the store

Quality keyboard. Phone holster does not work with a thick case, however. Not a big loss. Responsive keys. No problems at all.
