    Was very satisfied that I was offered a warranty on my mouse. Wish I had one for my multi USB port as well. Geek squad was very knowledgeable about the electronic equipment I needed for my laptop.

    I have had to use best buys 2 yr warranty replacement a few times in the past. I would definitely recommend it. Very easy to exchange item for price you paid.

    If I spend more than $50 at Best Buy I always get the insurance. It costs pennies and I don't have to worry about anything. They make using the insurance painless.

    I love Bestbuy and their return/replacement/repair policy. I’ve had issues with other retailers but never with Bestbuy.
