I can only guess at the overall rating , as I have not had to use it yet., However when the first printer did not work, they did come back and install the new one for no extra charge, and that's within the week.

This is a good way to safe money and have peace of mind. Very useful when you have kids that always want to buy or need products specially technology. I am very please with the services.

Purchased a new iPad pro so picked up the geek squad protection. I hope I never have to use it but I feel good that I have it just in case. I say protect your high dollar investments.

Always a good buy. Best buy is really good about replacing broken things and you never know what will happen once you leave the store. It's always better to be prepared in my opinion.

Its a corsair keyboard and mouse. Got the protection plan to, well, protect it! Btw, the mouse is fantastic!

having this helps if i need fixing and replacing. i would definitely recommend this to anyone buying product. would help in the long run. better to have and never use than need and not have it.

I always enjoy having the Geek Squad Protection for all of my electronics. They are good about getting my problems solved & repaired if needed.

Bought this for my mom for a laptop that's docked most of the time, works well enough, only complaint is that I couldn't get everything to work directly through the computers bluetooth, or through the usb hub using the included dongle, but the dongle is small enough it's barely noticeable on the laptop undocked.

What can I say? It's a warranty plan, I've yet to use it, so expect an update in the future.

The Geek squad replacement plans are always a safe bet and have never had an issue getting an item replaced.

Worth the cost if youre covering a gaming mouse. Buttons tend to die after a year and the no questions asked replacement is great.
