Replaced a Logic keyboard the users like the feel of this one.

Very important for me to always get protection for my devices.

Great service. We had an issue with a mouse we had purchased. The service member was great and was able to replace the piece without difficulty.

The agents have been extremely helpful with finding ways to resolve a couple incompatibility issues, and getting the various components working together properly.

I never used the warranty, so I can’t review it. But overall geek squad insurance is really good I never had an issue with them on other products.

Put it on all my items and it is definitely worth it

It is worth it! It is a nice cushion, I always purchase it when available. There have been plenty of time I didn't need it. But the times I did, made it well worth it.

Hitting keys hard in a intense gaming session ? Accidental energy drink spills ? Then yes most definitely get this protection. I know from experience this has saved me many times before.

They build my PC at there location in Webster Houston Tx im beyond happy with the results.

It great most of the time but every now and then certain keys get stuck. When I'm writing notes, I don't realize that I've made so many mistakes, This time it was the "f" and "t" that sticks. I have a hand hold small vacuum and ran that over the keyboard but it still didn't help,.

Worth the price for 2 years of protection would recommend buying for expensive items.

Worth the cost if youre covering a gaming mouse. Buttons tend to die after a year and the no questions asked replacement is great.

The insurance worked at least for getting my money back in the keyboard. I didn’t like the keyboard as much as my hyperx alloy mechanical keyboard and also the lighting and keyboard itself would sometimes malfunction but it will fix by just replugging it into my pc once again. (Basically just resetting the keyboard)
