Always purchase the warranty. It's cheap and is very worth it on anything electronics and appliances! About to make appt to get my audio replaced. It quit working. The computer is only a year old from the time it was purchased. IBUYPOWER is expensive. I didn't buy it. It was a gift, but I know how much it cost and its audio shouldn't of went out already. Geek Squad to the rescue.

Geek Squad has actually been the best value of any service I've ever used in the "warranty" category I guess. You can't beat the service offered or the ease in which it is to get a replacement.
