    I did not like that I had to repurchase the plan for the same device at a higher price point. I hope this isn't a trend Best Buy is going to start.

    Mic quality is bad. I used to use Steelseries and went to try this out since it looks nice and its a fairly new model. Mic is fuzzy and the audio quality is subpar. Looks great though and battery life is okay

    Looks nice and feels nice but I couldn't keep it from lagging. Tried connecting and disconnecting a few times. You would type and it was always about 3-4 seconds behind. I'm sure that is not a normal thing and probably wouldn't have had an issue with a new one but it was like that out of the box. I decided to go with a different model.
