The service is phenomenal and has saved me in the past when certain electronics started malfunctioning after an extended period of time.

You have access to tracking and repair status through the whole process. They do not have people behind counters waiting to argue with you, they take care of you. If you are a senior or not tech savvy this is a MUST.

Great replacement plan for computer accessories.

This is just for reassurance in case that does happen to my gaming mouse, so I can just go and get it exchanged at a Best Buy store.
