I have purchased the geek squad warranty for other products . When I needed to use the warranty , was very satisfied . Product couldn’t be repaired, Best Buy replaced with similar item . I did have to pay price difference since not on sale . But much better than buying it again .

Honestly best buys fix or replace warranty is incredibly straightforward and honestly very good. I've had no issues with it yet and it's flexible while maintaining good service which is hard for a lot of warranties to do. The downside however, is if you start breaking your devices constantly it's gonna cost you a lot. But that's an issue that you have to fix yourself, not best buy. This warranty is specifically meant to outlast the manufacturer warranty and MAYBE, on rare cases of accidental damage or just straight up laziness, be easy to use to get an instant, no fuss replacement at your local best buy store.

Love the replacement plan!!! Saved my behind so many times and it’s so easy to use! Just bring your items to a cashier, give them your number to look up the warranty and if they have the same item in stock u get a replacement on the spot no cost. The best part is you can purchase the plan again on the replacement item.

Quality keyboard! I’ve had it for a couple of years now with no issues!

I don't foresee the probability of something to go wrong and needing the Geek Squad to work on this. I bought 2 - one for me and one for my daughter. With the 2 year warranty on both of them, and the Geek Squad's proximity, I think that it is well protected for any of those "Oh no, nothing can possibly happen ."... moments! There's no Murphy's Law worry....???

Keyboard is very nice. But it's too big for me. I should've done this a long time ago and may consider doing this in December of 2023. Recommend this keyboard to people with slightly larger hands.

Great value, always good to have a warranty for life's accidents

I bought this mouse in December of 2021, its been an amazing mouse don't get me wrong, fully customizable, RGB, does what i need it to do, however the middle mouse button clicks but it does not rotate screens 360 degrees while gaming. Beware that this is a common problem with these mice and make sure to get a warranty if you do buy this. Best buy wont replace this unless you take it into store.

Bought a keyboard for my son and it disintegrated over 16 months. Walked into best buy and they gave me my money back so I could buy him a new one. Doesn't make sense but I'm not going to complain.

Great everyday keyboard mouse. Sleek and slim and does not get in the way. Very responsive. No backlight though, but I don't need it most of the time.

I was able to get a replacement with no issues and the staff were very friendly and fast in resolving this.
