It’s fine I recommend it for a easy to use keyboard pretty sure they all are easy to use but hey just buy this one I did :)

Always get this protection on my wired headsets as the connection of the wire to the headset always breaks and shorts out within a year. Has happened many times now and this allows me to replace the headset and get what I paid for it in credit towards a new headset and just buy the warranty again.

Great for the price point but would do better with metal parts on the headband. The plastic ended up breaking after about a month but i do have a somewhat big head only reason i don't rank it lower. But the mic quality and sound are A+ for gaming headphones at their price.

When my corsair virtuoso XT broke I went in hoping to exchange in store but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. I grabbed a different headset as a part of the exchange but it wasn’t up to my standards of use. When I went to return it the bestbuy store ended up charging me full pricing of my original headset as opposed to the sales price I had originally bought it for. I ended up losing so much money because bestbuy couldn’t honor their own system. Then when I realized bestbuy did not prioritize any customer satisfaction or service I was backed into a corner since all my money was tied up in these transactions. If I left with nothing I’m out of money. If I order it again I still lose money. Bestbuy was horrible in this entire transaction I had multiple employees “express” sympathy as it’s “corporate” for every scapegoat they needed. When I asked for additional support they advised me to seek out a corporate email on my own and write something. No complaint filing in store no reference to any higher management and no support. The service desk was uninterested, unsupportive, and all rotating staff to not be responsible for my transactions. Everyone acknowledged the receipt discrepancies but no one wanted to help or see if there’s anything to be done. Just “that’s the way it is” and passed off to the next in their chain of command unprompted. Horrible experience.

The replacement plan is the best warranty Best Buy offers, i say it’s 99% worth it for any item you may think can be prone to accidents or simply it stops working. Then it’s just a straight swap for new product, no wait time to fix it.

My son loves this key board the key pressing some with an ease and great for gamers .

High quality sound and easy to use. Great game sound quality and when I’m not gaming I connect Bluetooth and have my music playing!

The best wireless headset I've owned, battery life lasts all day. Easy to set up on my pc and ps5. A little uncomfortable if you have a big head like me, apart from that its perfect.

I bought this for my western digital 1TB external drive. I don’t think anything would happen to it, but it’s nice to know I have the geek squad insurance, especially since it’s portable and something that will travel with me.

Having a 2 year accidental geek squad replacement policy is great peace of mind. Although I never had to use this, it is great to know it is available if there is an issue.

Haven’t had to use my protection plan yet but I know from my past purchases it is definitely worth it, they (Best Buy) will fix/refund/exchange/ or just simply give you a brand new item of the same with no problem easy as could be!

Definitely worth the money. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself. 2 year accidental warranty replacement is the ONLY way to go. Seriously. do your self a favor. Its only a small % of your original purchase to get a brand new replacement if anything goes wrong with your item. Its a no brainer.
