Upgraded hard drive in my Son's gaming PC. Also replaced a broke set of head phones. Definitely happy that we purchased this coverage.

I haven't used the warranty for my computer mouse but its great to know that I'm covered. I have used the warranty for other items and I would say its a great value for the peace of mind and service they offer.

Nice keyboard and mouse only used it a couple of times but now I can passed it on to my son

I like the fact that I can return the keyboard to Best Buy for replacement with the Geek Squad seervice.

I buy the protection/replacement programs for everything I buy. Well worth the investment. Better than having to pay for a whole new one if it breaks and the prices for the protection are very reasonable!

Having used their warranty program before, I can gladly say that it was super simple to replace my broken product.

I’ve had to use the GSP a handful of times due to accidental damage. I’ve never had trouble warrantying an item, I’ve had to use it on controllers and mice over the years.

My son got this for xmas and he loves it. Hes been askint doens keyboard for his PS5 for a while. Its compatible and works good for COD

As a photographer, I use this product on a daily basis to store all of my RAW/JPEG format files. It's fast. Reliable. Never had an issue with it yet. Works for all of my storage needs. As long as you take care of it and don't bump, or drop it AND make sure you eject the device properly every time before unplugging.. you shouldn't have any issues with it!

Works amazing and doesn’t have to jump through hoops to set up the storage drive. Simple yes or no answers, and it was ready to add games onto the drive.

My wife uses this keyboard along with the iPad Pro in place of a laptop for her work in ministry. She loves it! She has yet to complain about not having a laptop. The combination allows her to do everything she'd want to do on a laptop.

If your mouse or keyboard doesn't work or its broken. You can get a replacement or get store credit to get something else! BEST WARRANTY EVER! Worth the money!

For the modest amount of the 2 year replacement, I got my sticky key keyboard replaced. Best deal yet.

Great gaming keyboard that my wife loves. We are a huge gaming family and needing a great keyboard is a must. Bonus is that we get geek squad protection on it as well.
