We always buy the insurance, even though Geek Squad is in store, I've had the out to our home on many occasions and they are definitely worth the price!

The replacement plan has come in handy more times than I want to admit! It is nice to have the piece of mind that my products are insured. My local best buy takes care of me!

I recently purchased a Geek Squad wireless keyboard and mouse, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the mouse is highly responsive. The wireless connection is reliable and the range is quite good. The setup was easy and the battery life is quite impressive. I have been using it for a few weeks now and have had no issues. This was purchased for an SSD. I do this for all my electronics and I am an Elite services subscriber as well. It is very nice to be able to get on the Best Buy site, login and start a chat with a Geek Squad agent to resolve issues on my 4 PCs. When something requiring them to physically work on a machine happens, I make an appointment, take it in and its either resolved while I wait or I come back a day or two later, and its covered in cost of the elite subscription. For me, it makes total sense to have that peace of mind. Lastly, when you are considering a purchase, its great to get on a chat session and ask them the pros and cons of a purchase. My last was a color laser printer and upcoming will be a heavy duty (gaming type) laptop for design work. There are details they provided I would never have known.

I never liked using the mouse on a laptop. Love this set. I do wish the keyboard was not as long

Attached the USB dongle to my PC and got everything set up and running and have been using this headset for a few days doing some heavy gaming sessions and I have zero complaints. Friends say they can hear me crystal clear and the game sounds are perfectly fine. Battery life is amazing! Great job Razor! Since these headsets can be problematic, I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty but hopefully I won't need it.

The headset is a good brand but over time the mic doesn’t work and it ends up not being able to mute or anything be gentle with the Bluetooth connector because it may bend in half
