It actually only took them less than 24 hours to text me back to tell me it was time to pick my computer up and the new software was ready to download.

I know Geek Squad for years, they fix almost anything and everything. If you’re having a hard time they will be able to help you. My product had stopped functioning as intended, which is okay because I had planned ahead and bought the protection plan on it. ALWAYS buy protection! You never know what may happen in life! I was able to replace my product with a new one, and went about my day.
