Hardly ever have used a protection plan from Best Buy but when I have they stand by what they say. Hassle free replacement and even gives an option to repurchase another warranty. I buy these plans for everything I get from Best Buy.

I purchased this for the peace of mine and it is indeed a great value for the price paid on the key board.

I brought the Corsair headset for them to fix it and they decided that it needed to be replaced, they don’t have anymore of that product so we went looking for another gaming headset and found one. The staff were very helpful and very nice. They made my experience so much easier.

These guys are great not only did they help guide me through all the different options I had when browsing but after buying when I had questions or concerns guiding me through setup and adding features. They sent me copies of my service plan without asking and of info I needed when I did ask at the drop of a dime. These guys are all professional, even with this crazy year we just had! [Employee of bestbuy] I purchased a two year protection policy because it’s the smart thing to do! Best Buy basically covers everything that would ever happen to the product and it was only a small percentage of what I was going to pay! Now I don’t have to worry if it breaks. Easy decision

My son loves to buy all of their products because they have a guarantee and that is very good for a teenager because you know that something can go wrong and well, they have a guarantee, can you go exchange them?

When I got my monitor the never explained how the guaranteed worked so when I cracked my screen I thought I could get a replacement but when I went the said it didn’t cover cracked screens but they never told me that

I recommend getting the protection plans with geek squad! Just uncase something goes wrong within the 2 year span. Highly recommended for gamers!

Had them for about two years but mic started not working turn them and and fast they gave me redund the only thing that sucks i got them for 149 amd they gave me only 99 cuz thats how much they were worth when i returned them

Geek squad protection is great for ease of mind. Better to have it and not need it than to not have it and need it!

The geek squad service is one of a kind. I was having problem with my surface the geek squad helped me step by step to fix everything. I thought I lost all my files. To help me fix it and I'm forever grateful I'm so glad that I had this because it saved me a lot of money

I've had many headsets before but none were as much fun as these right here. Everything just fits into place and it costs just right. The wireless range is not the best but the sound quality and especially the mic quality is fantastic. I won't even mention the consort.
