This is the best gaming 60% gaming keyboard and when I brought it from Best Buy the service was soo good and I got it on sale. This keyboard is good it hasn’t broken or start glitching.

I've had many headsets before but none were as much fun as these right here. Everything just fits into place and it costs just right. The wireless range is not the best but the sound quality and especially the mic quality is fantastic. I won't even mention the consort.

The geek squad service is one of a kind. I was having problem with my surface the geek squad helped me step by step to fix everything. I thought I lost all my files. To help me fix it and I'm forever grateful I'm so glad that I had this because it saved me a lot of money

Highly recommend the warranty especially if you actively use the products every day. Gave me a sense of financially security knowing that if something goes wrong, that I can easily replace it and get another warranty without breaking the bank.

When I got my monitor the never explained how the guaranteed worked so when I cracked my screen I thought I could get a replacement but when I went the said it didn’t cover cracked screens but they never told me that

I made a return and brought the wrong usb dongle back to bestbuy so my mouse was left useless. Same day delivery saved my butt and my weekend lol.

My son says this keyboard works well, and had a mechanical failure. Geek Squad 2 year accidental replacement (via Total Tech) was a godsend, and peace of mind (didn't have to spend another $200 for a replacement keyboard. Totally worth it :)

Always buy it when getting products at bestbuy. Never had a complaint, and always easy to take in and replace the product if something is wrong

These guys are great not only did they help guide me through all the different options I had when browsing but after buying when I had questions or concerns guiding me through setup and adding features. They sent me copies of my service plan without asking and of info I needed when I did ask at the drop of a dime. These guys are all professional, even with this crazy year we just had! The replacement policy is top notch at Best buy and leaves me worry free for anything I cover with the policy. NEVER have I had issues with returning faulty electronics! Love Best Buy!

I've always appreciated the work by the squad. They've saved me a few hundred bucks for problems I couldn't figure out myself. They inspired me to learn more about computers. When I was little I wanted to work at best buy just to be in the geek squad lol
