This is the best gaming 60% gaming keyboard and when I brought it from Best Buy the service was soo good and I got it on sale. This keyboard is good it hasn’t broken or start glitching.

Super simple, easy and fast, they never disappoint, the best.

My keyboard started to lag and I was having issues with certain keys not working. This was for the Corsair K95 platnium. So glad I got the protection plan. I was able to have the keyboard replaced and I did not lose my initial investment. I highly recommend that you sign up for the annual protection plan as it covers all your Best But purchases.

It helps me decide to get warranty because of reviews. Make sure to have a warranty for your new product in case of unexpected problems.

Not really sure why I need to review a protection plan… When I buy any electronic device I always purchase whatever is asked from warranty, protection plans, etc. I always think, do I want to pay full price if there is any issue with my device? or have it replaced or repaired at little to no cost. Trust me I rather save money then to have to pay full price again on certain electronic devices.

I did not like using the keyboard on my Apple MacBook Pro. I bought the external Logi MX Master 3 keyboard and mouse to use instead. I love it. It's so easy to use both products. The keyboard is extremely responsive to your touch. I'm a fast typist and this one is the best on the market for me and I've tried a few others. Don't waste your time. Buy this one, you'll be happy you did!

It’s a protection plan what more is there to say about it

I got this warranty for my new speakers that I got in case they end up breaking for whatever reason. The price is always affordable

I love the warranty for best buy cause you would get your money back even though the item is not the same price you will get it for the price you bought it, it is really great to have warranty and be fully covered in case anything goes wrong.

I rarely buy any hardware without the service. If I have a laptop become a lap drop on the way to or from Court, if it flies off the top of my car, if it endures my sloppy coffee consumption over its keyboard . . . it's replaced automatically, my awkwardness notwithstanding. Good stuff. Ethically, I refrain from taking advantage but it's saved me a buncha cost at least half dozen times with laptops and other gear.

Worth every penny to get the protection and peace of mind.

The replacement policy is top notch at Best buy and leaves me worry free for anything I cover with the policy. NEVER have I had issues with returning faulty electronics! Love Best Buy!

[Employee of bestbuy] This is great if you are worried that your item will break within the first couple years of use. I for example go through computer accessories within the first 2 year usually and with GSP you can return the item and get a new one.

While expensive, this gave me 20% off what Apple store would have charged for replacing broken screen. Because contract between Apple & Best Buy says customers can only check in an Apple repair with a Best Buy employee who is officially certified to REPAIR apple products, if that person isn’t working or in the store, customer is denied an appointment even to drop off the item for repair.

I made a return and brought the wrong usb dongle back to bestbuy so my mouse was left useless. Same day delivery saved my butt and my weekend lol.

My son recently purchased a keyboard, and I bought the warranty for it. A few months in the keyboard simply stopped working. We took it to Best Buy and they gave us store credit to get a new one. It was so easy and quick! Thank you for your help!

Most of the time I don't purchase product replacement guarantees because a great quality product shouldn't need one. These product replacement guarantees are so low in price and offer so much in return that it seems almost silly not to spend the extra $5 or $10 on them. In the past, guarantees cost $20 or $30 dollars and that's way too much for a quality product. I'm a satisfied customer with this purchase.

Great especially for headphones. I purchased a Hyper X cloud II a few years ago and after 6 months they broke and got them replaced absolutely free no hassle. The next pair lasted a good while, but unfortunately broke while I was on vacation and when I got back home the warranty had expired just days before so I was a bit out of luck.
