I recently bought a 48" OLED TV (and a UPS to protect it, as I mentioned in another review), and I elected to add this coverage as a final layer of security. This review is really about the sales experience. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable—they didn't use high-pressure tactics or make me feel "pushed." Instead, they provided the information I needed to make an informed decision for my specific setup. While I hope I never actually have to use the plan, I walked out feeling confident in my purchase rather than sold to. Shout out to the Augusta team for making the process so painless!

It’s a smart move to protect something so essential, especially when it comes to storage devices. The process of adding the protection was quick and clearly explained. As always, my experience at Best Buy was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and helped me choose the best option without any pressure. The store truly gives you confidence with every purchase. I haven’t needed to use the protection yet (and hopefully I won’t), but it’s reassuring to know I’m covered by such a reliable retailer. Sometimes—due to regular use—consoles and gaming gear wear out or break down very quickly. It’s great to have two years of protection in case your equipment runs into any trouble; you really should give it a try.

Ive never had to use my warranty with this item, i doubt i will but its a very good idea to get protection on your items, only if you can spare the money.

Good keyboard, its not loud and its very smooth when pressing a key, easy to clean, easy to store and easy choice when searching for a reliable keyboard

get the coverage with items you are going to use a lot! they workers doesn’t give you any problems when you use the coverage

Covers everything that could happen. Was purchased for my son’s keyboard. We’ve used the protection plan previously for a different product and it was easy to navigate through.
