Especially since I bought it for a crazy psycho who has a temper and will likely break the touchpad like she did last time. Physical damage warranties work well for us. Send help along with a dustpan and broom. LOL

Geek squad has save me so much in the past so it only made sense to continue to protect my products with geek squad. The geek squad at my local Best Buy is so well trained and they have excellent customer service and don’t give me issues if I come across any with my products. Worth it for peace of mind if anything.

I have felt very protected with this service! I had to take in my laptop a few times but felt like, because of their policy on device replacements, I didn't quite feel I got the service I needed until my third time.
