I have yet to use this aspect of my purchase but i have had great experiences with Geek Squad previously with a laptop.

The price is really good and the product itself is just better if you’re doing any type of office work or work from school!!

This geek squad way better than apple , at a better price, service, and personality, they repair fast and with out hassle , if you need a geek squad Best Buy is the number one , the price is right , everything is perfect, purchase from Best Buy add the insurance, and see for yourself

The protection from geek squad is the best thing in the world. If it doesn't work anymore- you take it right in and boom, you get new- no questions asked.

I buy the warranty everytime. They haven't failed me yet and hopefully I never have issues. I love best buys warranty options! Hassle free. Easy to replace.

Great option for any device you get. When you break down the price per day or even the idea of what it costs to replace a device in this similar situation it is a no brainer. The accidental part also really helps with kids.

Get the warranty, you won’t regret it! I have had it come in handy several times over the years.

So far since I bought it, about 2 months now. It has held up pretty well, it's seen it's fair share of cat and dog attacks. And it's still keeps on working.

One of my headsets got damaged. Luckily I had the geek squad replacement and was able to exchange the product for a brand new one. The only thing is when you get the new one you have to get the protection again it does not roll over. Still worth it though.

We are very tech savvy at home, so if I or hubby cant figure out, always able to get a straight answer from Geek Squad, even for value related repairs. Sometimes better to buy new

Got this for a set of security cameras. When they crapped out Best Buy took them back with no issue and applied the full amount I had paid toward a new set of cameras.

Would not have the product without the Geek Squad. Grandson is not that hard on the keyboard, but, just in case it is covered.

Great for the price point but would do better with metal parts on the headband. The plastic ended up breaking after about a month but i do have a somewhat big head only reason i don't rank it lower. But the mic quality and sound are A+ for gaming headphones at their price.

The geek squad protection saved me big time. Right before my two year period ended my previous headphones stopped working but thanks to the geek squad warranty I was able to get them replaced no questions asked. 10/10 would buy this with any purchases I make from now on
