Never had an issue getting the store credit issued as a gift card. Just make sure to bring paper receipts if you have them.

The geek squad are the GREATEST!!! Transferred all my stuff from my old computer AND showed me how to get my pictures off my camera onto my computer. Also answered all my questions.
