The agents changed my broken apex pro tkl, and gave me a new one in perfect condition

I was not sure how much I would or would not use it when I first signed up. But then I ended up using it for a lot of different reasons and it was well worth the investment.

I recommend the additional warranty as you never know when you may need it and I have had to replace items in the past and highly recommend this added protection.

Best buy geek squad protection service is excellent. if anything happens within the time period best buy will replace the item with no question asked.

Geek Squad really helped significantly with multiple of my installations. They installed my applications quickly and accurately and I had no problem with any of products.

If you're looking for a good keyboard + mouse this is the one its nothing flashy but it gets the job done.
