Product works great but stick drift still accrued within less then a year

Haven't had to use this warranty but have yet to have a problem with bestbuy honoring their warranties, definitely a good investment.

At that price why wouldn’t I get it, better to get it.

Great protection plan. Never an issue when the product fails and has to be returned. Gift card always given without issue

No hassle replacement. My keys would not stay on, they kept falling off and they replaced the entire keyboard.

Always get a warranty. You would be dumb not to get one incase something happens.

I don't always buy extra security but if I feel it's needed I will get it. It's better to have on some things than not.
