Jesse and Dom set up my 3-camera Eufy security system plus 2 WiFi signal boosters. They were professional, personable, and thorough. I get the GS plans on everything i can, when i can becsuse i know ill be covered. If it cant be fixed, itll be replaced. Its such a nice feeling to know that youre protected no matter what!

Get the warranty because you never know. My keyboard just stopped working and I loved that keyboard but they did not have that same board so I purchased a cheaper on. I wasn't happy about it but lease I got a new replacement

Replacement of gaming keyboard was a breeze once we survived the poorly designed navigation of the automated website and phone systems. The representatives were courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful while we worked out what to do since the keyboard we wanted was no longer available.

Definitely worth the extra cost! I previously bought Microsoft's Wireless Desktop 850 Mouse/Keyboard combo and both failed due to poor quality within 6 mos. of purchase. If I had paid for this warranty, Best Buy would have replaced at no extra cost. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase that warranty for the 850, so I had to buy a new mouse and keyboard. I now have new equipment, both Logitech, and I have them both protected with this warranty!
